so whats stopping EA from shutting you guys down? like halogen, sry if this has been asked before, or are they much more lenient?

halogen was shut down my MS not ea, but EA are fairly nice to the C&C series i think.

Also I don't think it would be very good for EA's reputation if they begin shutting down mods, not to say C&C mods, where MS can get around with a bit more, as they have this advantage of being creaters of Windows, which is the only real OS you can really use, for many applications

Yeah that was a sad day, i was looking forward to halo Gen, But if you notice now that Halo wars is coming out on Xbox360???.... Hate to steal a good idea MS!

That was the reason they canceled Halo Gen.

Because if there was a free RTS version of the game available, no one would bother to buy Halo Wars, which I think looks pretty cool, even for a 360 RTS.
