Hi, Game is working fine execept this bug :

And i don´t know how to solve it by myself.
In UT3 it works just fine.
Also no issues in the game itself if i start it without changes to the settings.

Got an Geforce 470 with drivers uptodate.
My OS is Win7 64bit.

I get that on the menu's sometimes too. I believe my resolution is around 1024x768. EVGA gts 250 Win7 64bit

if you use th editor fix from HERE you will remove the RenegadeX main menu and have the origanal UT3 1 this fixes most menu bugs

I think you should reinstall game on your computer. If still issue is persisting than you should contact the developer of the game and file a bug report to them.
