About this mod : It basically like ARMA II one of the gameplay where a commander can build a base. You play as a commander and deploy you Construction Yard, after that you enter the CY to purchase Power Plant to build your base, now i don't need to go into that since in this forum is almost all is a C&C players ( RTS ). There will be Bots to be command ( Infantry, Air units and vehicles ) in future so no need ask now since he is more on scripting of making an AI that can build a base. LAN is available so you can play with your friends offline mode.
( Oh Yeah ) Problem : So right now he is only having 2 faction. Nod and GDI. He wanted to create more variety by adding new units, structures and etc. But he cannot do all the job by himself, so he require help. He needs help in Concept Artist. If your work is well done and creative he will appreciate it and credits go to the rightful owner.
