Hiya. I'm sure some of you know me already. I took a break from developing levels and heading the game project Red Alert: A Path Beyond in 2006. I recently started working on Renegade again, but it just doesn't have the same kind of sparkle that Unreal does... Specifically UDK. I remembered Ren-X the other day and checked the site, noticed that you have an open position for an environment artist. I'd like to help.

Let me know what you think... I enjoy creating worlds. I've been working on a Renegade level that can be easily converted over to UDK. You can see it inside Max 2011 here:

I'd like to at least donate the Fjord level to your development so that it can be used. It has a fully realized ore mine system, with plenty of space for two bases to duke it out. The bases are placed far enough apart that there should be no issues with "base to base" attacks.

Well, I wasn't thinking too clearly last night when I posted this. I'd like to contribute to the team but it'll have to be later on this month. I want to finish up the obligations I made for Renegade, such as completing the new Fjord level that I designed for it. As I wrote to Fobby this morning, I'm sorry if it's a bit of a jerk move on my part to offer assistance and realize later that I might be over-stretching myself. By the end of June, I should be able to take care of the work that Fobby requested before I could assist you guys.
