i have set up a test server for mappers and modders ...

as RengadeX is getting more popular with mappers and modders i thought it was about time for a server to be set up just for testing maps and mods, to take the strain off having to pull down main servers like MP-gaming just to add a map that has major bugs in ... i admit my maps have done this alot of times lol. There will be no official maps running on this server just unfineished maps and mods that need server side testing

Server info:
Name: Kenz3001's Test Server
IP: i have a dynamic IP so cant guarantee the right ip lol
Port: 7777

if you would like to take part in testing new maps and mods follow the instructions below

Map's install instructions:
place content of zip/rar files in to "My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\Renegade\Published\Maps"
downloading of the test server will take forever as the download rate is 10kb/s and files can be upto 100Mb as i do not have a redirect server as of yet, so its easyer to download from here.

please post here to add maps or mods that you would like put on my server for testing


P.s. map and mod version may change from day to day so alway check here befor downloading from the server

update to renegade-meteor ... its reached the final version with added FX's and some bug's and glitches fixed, grab it while its hot

it may be coming to a server near you

ok the server will be down till i sort my pc out ... had to format due to a nasty virut virus ...took over every exe on my pc cleaned it but nothing would work ... so formated ... server will be back up soon i hope

i have always used no-ip as my Dynamic DNS Provider

but for some reason my isp will not let me stay online when running the server ... bloody gitts keep cutting me off every time i put the server up

so ... the server will not be running any more ... well untill i can get out of the contract
