It seems that if you drive a vehicle (happened to me in an MRLS) on top of the tunnel exits on either side of the hill you get stuck there. You can't drive off the edges and I couldn't get back up the hill with the MRLS, maybe because I didn't have enough momentum or something. Will test with other vehicles when I have the chance but I don't think there will be a difference.
