im Trying to get the mod working since its released

but since absolutly non of all the so called fixes here work and also nothing of the things i tryed worked i give it up now...

about when can we expect a working version ?

which bit are you having trouble with? if your stuck with getting onto a server, I can't help much there but I've managed to get it running on instant action.
And pretty soon by the sound of it

too bad that the getting onto a server is my problem


instant action or lan games work

but without an AI its kinda pointless

i got the same problems like nearly everyone else who posts here

freeze in menu when using the frontend

and not getting onto a server when trying to connect directly

When you do something like this and as big as this, these problems do show up sometimes.

Give them time to fix. I am sure they are working on it as fast as they can.

Its why the game is called "BETA", thats a work in progress.

The game is good, still needs work, but like I said 2 lines ago

its hard to do that with people shooting at you :P

thats what i did first when the multiplayer didnt worked

but i found some details on some maps than i likes in C&C Renegade but that are missing in Renegade X

ill search for more of those details and post them here later when its working so i can test out how they effect the gameplay

I've decided that I'm just going to wait for them to drop the frontend server browser and make use of the game's ingame browser.

Or maybe even wait for v1.0

I agree whole heartedly. I thought that AI was going to be with this mod since one or two of the videos looked like they included them. This feature is definitely one that sucks because it would at least give people a taste of the mod if they couldn't find out how to get online.
