When playign as a SBH with the game options set so the gun is left handed (on the left side of the screen) when you enter then exit a vehicle in first person mode, when you stealth you get the stealth ghosting of the third person views gun appear on the right side of the screen while your gun shows as normal on the left but as soon as you decloak it dissapears but when the cloak reactivates the ghosted third person gun appears again
Sadly this does not double your firepower for anyone who wants to try
